Bistro à Table strives to bring the world’s very best produce

to French poulet de Bresse to goose foie gras,
to local Malaysian tropical fruits, seafood and poultry.

Helmed by Chef Isadora Chai, the bistro food pays homage
to modern French comfort food, while adopting local elements - we like to call it “adaptive French” cuisine.

With the tropical weather, rich soil and clean waters, Malaysia is blessed with a plethora of fresh local produce throughout the entire year. Despite the fact that we are able to import a multitude of foreign food, it is important that we also look inwards. Food security is a concern and it is important that we support and flourish our own local industry.

Here at Bistro à Table, we believe in democratizing the supply chain - making restaurant quality produce available to the end consumer via transparency. As you go through our menu or our website, you will be able to see where we source our local produce from the diverse parts of Malaysia. In the spirit of how the French are very proud of their local produce, we wish to cultivate the same pride and recognition amongst consumers of our homegrown producers and showcase what Malaysians have to offer through the food that is served at Bistro à Table.
