Are reservations necessary & how do I make a reservation?

Although most nights, we do accept walk-in patrons (subject to table availability), we encourage making reservations (especially for lunches) to avoid any disappointment as there may be occasions where the restaurant may be closed for private functions or for outdoor catering events.

To make a reservation, you will be redirected to the Tableapp website where a deposit of RM100 per person is required via Reservations (Tableapp) link. Terms and conditions are stipulated in the Tableapp website regarding cancellations & no-shows.

If you have trouble making an online reservation, please Whatsapp +601110365888 to arrange for deposit payment via bank transfer.

Are you open for lunch?

Bistro à Table is indeed open for lunches (1200 to 1430 hrs) by reservation only. Cut-off time for lunch reservations is 11pm the night before the lunch date. Please make your reservation via Reservations (Tableapp) link

Is this restaurant Muslim-friendly?

Bistro A Table is a pork-free restaurant. Although this restaurant is not certified halal, our meats are either Halal-certified or Halal sourced from local Muslim producers. We are able to cook without alcohol (upon request) as we have many Muslim patrons.

Do you cater for vegetarian and vegan fine dining?

Bistro à Table offers comprehensive fine dining vegetarian and vegan set menus. To get a better experience, please mention whether you require a ova-lacto/ Jain/ Buddhist vegetarian meal when making your reservation. Please refer to the Menu (Vegetarian/ Vegan) link for sample menu offerings.

I have a special occasion coming up, can you provide decorations to my table?

We can provide rose decoration packages, where your table can be decorated with a bouquet of roses, rose petals and candles. This services starts from RM180+ (for a table of two) and you will need to make the order at least 2 days’ in advance.

Please note that the costs of roses are higher during February due to the price hike from florists for Valentine’s Day.

To make your reservation complete with floral decoration, please select “Make a reservation” followed by “Intimate Table Decoration” when making your booking via Reservations (Tableapp) link.

If you would like a more elaborate and more particular floral arrangement, the costs would depend on the type and availability of the flowers. Please Whatsapp +601110365888 to discuss your preferences and budget.

We do not offer balloon bouquets. However, the nearest balloon store is Balloon Buzz (https://www.balloonbuzz.com/) at 20 Jalan 14/20, Petaling Jaya (+603 7958 2237).

Can I bring my own wines? What are the corkage charges?

You are certainly allowed to bring your own wines and spirits.

However, we do charge corkage with the following rates:

Wines: RM60+ per 750ml bottle
Champagnes: RM120+ per 75cl bottle
Liquor: RM120+ per 750ml bottle

We can waive corkage for one bottle of wine for each bottle of wine purchased from Bistro à Table’s beverage list.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual.

Where do I park?

There is on-street parking, directly in front of the restaurant.

Can we host private & corporate events at Bistro à Table?

The restaurant can be closed for your exclusive use, with a minimum spend. We are able to host up to 70 pax for a sit-down meal, as well as up to 100 for a standing canape event. This includes morning tea/ breakfast, brunch, lunch, high tea and dinner. Please refer to the Events link in this website.

Can you make a bespoke menu for my corporate launch event?

We are able to create dishes and canapes according to your specific corporate identity (eg an “all orange menu” in line with the company logo),  product launch themes or party themes.

Do you cater for canape events?

We have 12 years’ experience providing canape catering for both private and luxury label events at Bistro à Table as well as various venues such as hotels, function venues, luxury label stores & showrooms, pop-up events and other restaurants. Please refer to Events (Functions) link for online inquiries and Events (Functions menu) link for a sample canape menu.

For those on a budget, you can also order canapes for self-collection or delivery.

Can you cater for outdoor events?

We are able to cater for outdoor events with up to 300 pax per session (for canape events) in venues of choice. We also offer optional services such as waiters, bartenders, servingware/ glassware/ furniture hire and floral decorations. 

We also offer private chef-for-hire services in the comfort of your residence with optional silver service and personal waiters, floral decoration services, silverware/ dinnerware/ furniture hire.

Can you cater to interstate events?

We are able to take the Bistro à Table team inter-state and overseas for your event, and coordinate with the hotel venue. We do require travel and accommodation provided for the team and a minimum spend. 

Do you provide delivery or takeaway services?

We are able to provide delivery services to addresses within greater Klang Valley. Please note delivery charges vary according to the distance. Please Call or Whatsapp

For Takeaways, you may call or whatsapp us to place orders and make payment before 6pm for food collected on the day itself. Customers can drive to the restaurant front and call us so that we can come out to send the food to your car.
