Just like the food produced in our restaurant, our default creams and butters used here are from France and we do not use preservatives. Most of our regular customers come to appreciate the quality ingredients that we use in our confectionary.
Notably, we offer cakes which are SUGAR-FREE using natural alternative ZERO-Glycemic Index (0 GI) sugars that are diabetic-friendly. For those who have restrictive diets (e.g. sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free), some of these cakes can be made to accommodate your dietary restrictions.
As our confectionary is only baked to order, we will require 3 days to prepare your order. Once you have selected your cake, you will be redirected to Bistro à Table’s Whatsapp number for collection/delivery & payment.
For those who are leading a sugar-free lifestyle, we can bake our cakes and desserts with Monk Fruit sugar, a natural sweetener derived from non-GMO fruits (luo han guo). It has no calories, no sugars, no carbohydrates but is still sweet in taste. Originally used in Tradition Chinese Medicine (TCM), monk fruit has been long-used as a natural sugar substitute for diabetics, while its anti-inflammatory and expectorant qualities support respiratory health. Note of caution, monk-fruit sugar may not be suitable for those allergic to fruits from the gourd family (eg melons, cucumbers).
