About The Company:

Sew X dignity is a Transformational Enterprise run by the Dignity for Children Foundation that provides sewing and design training to underprivileged youth and women. 100% profits are channelled back into training 200 youth at Dignity every year in Skills Education.

Dignity for Children Foundation is a non-governmental organization that provides holistic care and education for urban poor children in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Our work began in 1998 in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur with only 20 students then. Dignity is now a learning centre with more than 2,300 children (from over 25 nationalities) ranging from 2-19 years old.

We provide quality education and care in a secure environment for pre-school to Form 5. From Toddler to Primary, the Montessori method of education is used, and Cambridge IGCSE ‘O’ level for the Secondary students.

Together with the academic components, Dignity teaches employability skills through its Transformational Enterprise program. With Dignity’s education provisions these underprivileged children gain knowledge and skills to change their lives.
